David Chang, most famous for his cutting edge Momofuku restaurants launched so many years ago in NYC, continues to enjoy celebrity status: interviewed, photographed, guest appearances and on and on.  But, its fun to see Dave and I on the same page–what I was predicting for the past two years, and, is already happening in abundance, Dave is now also predicting!  What the FUKU?!

The cereal milk cocktails though?  Brilliant.  Pork Belly Bao?  Yes please.
